Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit MyPredict11.com, use the MyPredict11 mobile app, create or manage an account, use cricket insights or AI-assisted tools, buy or restore subscriptions or credits, contact support, receive notifications, or interact with our related services.

Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the service. It may include:

- Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, language, region, IP address, identifiers used for security, diagnostics, analytics, push notifications, and crash reporting.
- Usage information: pages viewed, app screens opened, matches followed, features used, team-builder actions, credit usage, notification settings, support interactions, and product events.
- Fantasy research inputs: teams, players, captain or vice-captain choices, match preferences, review inputs, saved items, and other information you choose to submit for analysis.
- Billing and entitlement information: subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, renewal or cancellation signals, credit balances, purchase history, refund status, store receipts, and tax or invoice metadata where required. We do not store full card numbers.

MyPredict11 uses AI and automated systems to generate cricket insights, team-building support, risk signals, summaries, rankings, and support workflows. These systems may process public cricket data, product usage signals, and inputs you provide for the feature you are using.
We do not use payment card numbers or store credentials to generate cricket predictions. We do not treat AI outputs as guaranteed outcomes. Where practical, we design AI systems to reduce unnecessary personal-data use and to keep support, security, and billing data separate from fantasy insight generation.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only where reasonably necessary with:
- cloud hosting, database, storage, security, monitoring, analytics, and crash reporting providers;
- Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors, tax, invoice, and entitlement verification providers;
- email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, customer support, and communication providers;
- cricket data, content, and technology providers used to operate product features;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, banks, acquirers, or corporate transaction parties where needed;

For example, support messages may be kept while a ticket is active and for a reasonable record period; billing records may be kept for tax, app-store, and dispute requirements; security logs may be kept to protect the service; and deleted-account data may be removed, anonymized, or retained only where required by law or legitimate business needs.

No system is completely secure, and users should protect devices, OTPs, app-store accounts, and email accounts.
