How to delete your account

You can delete your My Predict 11 account using your registered phone number and a one-time password (OTP).

1. Open the app and choose Delete Account (or visit this page for instructions).
2. Enter your registered phone number.
3. Enter the OTP sent to your phone (OTP expires after a short period).
4. Confirm deletion to complete the process.

If you no longer have access to your phone number, please contact support for manual verification.

What happens after deletion

• Your account is disabled and no longer accessible.
• Your active subscriptions (if any) are cancelled.
• Login OTPs and notification tokens are removed.

Data deleted or anonymized

• Phone number and email are anonymized to prevent reuse.
• Push notification tokens are removed.
• Account access and profile availability are revoked.

Data we may retain

We may retain certain records for legal, regulatory, security, and accounting purposes, such as:

• Transaction and payment records.
• Subscription history and billing metadata.
• Security logs and fraud prevention records.

We retain such records only as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
