2.2 Free Forever Commitment
The basic features listed above will remain free. We do not force users to pay to access fundamental functionality. Subscriptions are entirely optional.
2.3 Free Tier Limitations
Free users may experience:

- Reduced number of team generation options
- Advertisements within the application
- Delayed access to certain premium features
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Available Plans
We offer various subscription plans to meet different user needs. Available plans may include:

4. Credit-Based Access

In addition to time-based subscriptions, we may offer credit-based or pay-per-use access options:

4.2 Credit Terms
- Non-Refundable: Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once added to your account

- No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
4.3 Credit Balance
You can view your current credit balance in your account settings. If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms, your unused credits may be forfeited.

We do NOT directly collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. All payment information is securely handled by the respective payment processors in accordance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and other applicable security standards.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) for users in India. For users in other regions, prices may be displayed and charged in local currency as determined by the app store. Currency conversion fees, if any, are charged by your bank or payment provider.
6. Taxes and Additional Charges
6.1 Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes, depending on the platform and your location:
- GST (Goods and Services Tax): For purchases in India, applicable GST will be added as required by law
- Other Taxes: International users may be subject to local taxes, VAT, or other governmental charges
6.2 Tax Display
The total amount including applicable taxes will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. We endeavor to show transparent pricing.
6.3 Tax Invoices

6.4 Your Responsibility

7. Auto-Renewal
IMPORTANT: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Please read this section carefully.
7.1 How Auto-Renewal Works
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period:
- Your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration (e.g., monthly plans renew monthly)
- You will be charged the then-current subscription price at renewal
- Renewal charges are typically processed within 24 hours before the subscription expires
- Auto-renewal will continue until you explicitly cancel
7.2 Renewal Notifications
We endeavor to remind you of upcoming renewals through:
- Push notifications (if enabled on your device)
- Email notifications to your registered email address
- In-app notifications
However, it is ultimately YOUR responsibility to manage your subscription and be aware of renewal dates. Failure to receive notifications does not entitle you to a refund.
7.3 Managing Auto-Renewal
You can view your subscription status and manage auto-renewal settings through:

- Manage or cancel your subscription
For Android Users:
- Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
- Select "My Predict 11"

- Manage or cancel your subscription
7.4 Critical Warning
Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the app store settings or your account. Uninstalling the application while a subscription is active will NOT stop future charges.
8. Cancellation
8.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no penalty for cancellation.
8.2 How to Cancel
Cancellation must be done through the platform where you originally subscribed:
iOS (Apple App Store):
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "My Predict 11"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
Android (Google Play Store):
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
- Select "My Predict 11"
- Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the instructions
Web Purchases:
- Log in to your account at mypredict11.com
- Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
8.3 No Manual Cancellation
We CANNOT process subscription cancellations via email, phone, chat, or social media. You MUST cancel through the platform where you originally subscribed (App Store, Play Store, or our website).
8.4 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will NOT renew at the end of the period
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to free-tier access
- You will NOT receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription
- Any credits or benefits associated with the subscription may expire
8.5 Re-Subscription
You may re-subscribe at any time after cancellation. New subscriptions will be subject to the then-current pricing and terms.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 General Policy
All purchases made through My Predict 11 are generally NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes:
- All subscription payments (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Credit purchases
- One-time feature unlocks or in-app purchases
- Any other paid transactions
9.2 Rationale
Our refund policy is based on the following:
- Our Services are digital in nature and access is provided immediately upon purchase
- Predictions and analytics cannot be "unused" or "returned" once viewed
- We incur costs for every user including server resources, data processing, and AI computation
- This policy prevents abuse and ensures fair pricing for all users
9.3 App Store/Play Store Refund Policies
If you made your purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policies of those platforms apply and override our general policy:
- Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their "Report a Problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play Store: Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play's refund process in your order history or at Google Play Help
We have NO control over refund decisions made by Apple or Google. Their respective policies and decisions are final.
9.4 Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription or purchase due to a technical error
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made without your authorization (subject to verification and investigation)
- Significant Technical Issues: If you experienced significant, documented technical problems that completely prevented you from accessing paid features AND we were unable to resolve them despite reasonable efforts
- Legal Requirements: Where a refund is explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
9.5 Situations NOT Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind or general dissatisfaction
- Dissatisfaction with predictions, recommendations, or analytics accuracy
- Losses incurred on fantasy sports platforms based on our suggestions
- Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
- Unused subscription time after cancellation
- Temporary service interruptions or maintenance
- Loss of interest in using the app
- Not understanding subscription terms
- Purchases made by family members or others with access to your account
- Device changes or operating system upgrades
- Poor predictions or recommendations (our liability disclaimer applies)
9.6 Refund Request Process

10. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices, credit prices, and plan offerings at any time. This includes:
- Increasing or decreasing prices for new subscriptions

- Introducing new plans or discontinuing existing ones
- Offering promotional or discounted pricing temporarily
- Adjusting prices based on market conditions, costs, or currency fluctuations
10.2 Notice of Price Changes
For existing subscribers affected by price increases:
- We will endeavor to provide advance notice of at least 30 days before the price increase takes effect
- Notice may be provided via email, in-app notification, or through the app store
- Price changes will typically take effect at your next renewal date following the notice period
10.3 Your Options
If you do not agree with a price change:
- You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect
- If you do not cancel and continue using the service after the new pricing is applied, you accept the new price
10.4 Promotional Pricing
Promotional or introductory pricing is temporary. At the end of the promotional period, your subscription will renew at the standard price unless specified otherwise. The terms of promotional offers will be clearly stated at the time of offer.
11. Failed Payments
11.1 Payment Failure Handling
If a subscription payment fails to process for any reason (insufficient funds, expired card, bank decline, etc.):
- We or the payment processor may attempt to retry the charge multiple times
- You will be notified of the failed payment via email or push notification
- You will be given an opportunity to update your payment information
11.2 Grace Period
Depending on the platform, there may be a grace period during which you retain access while payment issues are resolved. This grace period varies by platform and is not guaranteed.
11.3 Access Suspension
If payment cannot be successfully processed after retry attempts:
- Your access to premium features will be suspended
- Your account will revert to free-tier access

To restore access after a payment failure:
- Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds/credit

We are not responsible for any loss of access, data, or features resulting from failed payments. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method.
12. Promotional Offers and Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. Trial terms include:
- Free trials are typically available to new subscribers only
- You may be required to provide a valid payment method to start a trial
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription
