Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation, refund requests, duplicate payments, failed access, and billing support are handled for MyPredict11.

Overview

MyPredict11 provides digital cricket insights, AI-assisted tools, subscriptions, credits, and related digital access. Because digital access may begin immediately after purchase, refunds are handled according to this policy, the applicable checkout terms, app-store rules, payment-provider rules, and mandatory consumer law.

This policy does not reduce rights that cannot be limited by law.

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases

If you bought through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds and cancellations may be controlled by that store. In many cases, Apple or Google must process the refund because they handled the transaction.

  • For Apple purchases, request refunds through Apple report-a-problem or Apple Support and manage subscriptions in your Apple account.
  • For Google Play purchases, request refunds or manage subscriptions through Google Play or your Google account.
  • We can help verify entitlement status, investigate access issues, and provide transaction details where available.

Cases that may qualify for refund, credit restoration, or remedy

Subject to store rules, provider rules, and applicable law, we may approve a refund, restore credits, extend access, or provide another remedy when:

  • you were charged twice for the same product and both charges are confirmed;
  • payment succeeded but the subscription, pass, or credit bundle was not delivered after reasonable troubleshooting;
  • a paid action consumed credits but failed because of a confirmed MyPredict11 technical error;
  • we discontinued a paid feature in a way that materially affects active paid access;
  • an unauthorized transaction is confirmed after appropriate verification; or
  • applicable consumer law, app-store policy, or payment-provider policy requires a refund.

Cases that are generally not refundable

Unless required by law or store policy, refunds are generally not provided for:

  • dissatisfaction with AI insights, predictions, rankings, or recommendations;
  • match results, player performance, fantasy points, contest rankings, losses, missed deadlines, or outcomes on third-party platforms;
  • failure to cancel an auto-renewing subscription before the renewal deadline;
  • unused time after cancellation when access remains available through the paid period;
  • credits or features used successfully before a refund request;
  • temporary interruptions caused by internet issues, device issues, app-store issues, data-provider delays, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control;
  • accidental purchases where the app store or payment provider declines a refund; or
  • account suspension caused by breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Credits and failed premium actions

If a credit-based action fails because of a confirmed technical issue, our normal remedy is to restore the affected credit or provide another in-app remedy. If an insight was generated and delivered, the credit is usually treated as used even if you disagree with the output or later match outcome.

Cancellations

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges. App-store subscriptions must usually be cancelled through Apple or Google account settings. Direct purchases, if offered, must be cancelled through the payment-provider flow or support channel shown at checkout.

After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless the store, payment provider, product terms, or law require a different result.

How to request support or a refund review

Contact support@mypredict11.com with:

  • your registered email or phone number;
  • the purchase date, product name, and amount;
  • Apple, Google Play, or payment-provider transaction identifier;
  • a screenshot or receipt where available;
  • the device platform and app version; and
  • a clear description of the issue.

Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, OTPs, or app-store account passwords.

Review and processing timelines

We aim to review billing support requests within a reasonable time, usually within 7 business days after receiving the required details. Complex cases, app-store cases, suspected fraud, bank disputes, or missing transaction details may take longer.

Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on Apple, Google, the payment provider, bank, card network, country, currency, and tax handling.

Abuse prevention

We may deny refund requests, restrict paid access, revoke credits, suspend accounts, or take other action if we reasonably believe a user is abusing refunds, trials, promotions, credits, chargebacks, multiple accounts, or support processes.

This policy is part of the Terms & Conditions and should be read with the Subscription & Credits Policy and Privacy Policy.
