Overview
MyPredict11 may offer free access and paid access through subscriptions, credit bundles, match passes, tournament passes, promotional offers, trials, or other paid products. The exact products available to you may depend on your country, device, app version, app store, payment provider, account status, and feature availability.
Before purchase, review the checkout screen carefully. The checkout flow is the most current source for price, billing period, included features, renewal behavior, taxes, currency, and provider terms.
Subscription plans
A subscription may unlock premium cricket insights, AI team-building tools, team review, player analysis, notifications, credits, or other features described in the app. Plan names and features may change over time.
- Monthly, annual, or other billing periods may be offered.
- Some features may require an active subscription plus available credits.
- Feature availability can vary by match, tournament, region, platform, account type, and data availability.
- Subscriptions are for the account that purchased or restored them and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used by multiple unrelated users.
Automatic renewals
If a subscription is sold as auto-renewing, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the app store or payment provider. Renewal timing, renewal notices, billing attempts, failed-payment handling, grace periods, and price-change consent may be controlled by Apple, Google, or the payment provider.
Deleting the app or stopping use of MyPredict11 does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Free trials, introductory offers, and promotions
Trials and offers may be limited to eligible users, devices, accounts, stores, regions, or payment methods. Unless the checkout screen says otherwise, a free trial may convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled in time.
We may revoke promotional access, cancel trial eligibility, or charge the applicable price if we reasonably believe a user is abusing trials, offers, refunds, credits, or account creation.
Credits and paid actions
Credits may be used for selected premium actions such as AI-generated teams, advanced match insights, team review, player comparisons, or other features shown in the app. Credit requirements may vary by feature and may change as product costs, AI usage, data sources, or plan design changes.
- Subscription credits and purchased credits may be tracked separately.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be used for betting or contests, and cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it.
- Credits may expire according to the product rules shown in the app, purchase flow, or offer terms.
- If an action fails because of a confirmed technical error, we may restore the affected credit or provide another appropriate remedy.
Access, entitlements, and feature changes
Paid access is activated after successful payment verification. Access may be delayed if an app store, payment provider, device, internet connection, or account verification is delayed.
We may add, remove, rename, limit, or modify features, plans, credits, AI models, data sources, and match coverage. Where a material paid feature is discontinued, we will handle affected users in accordance with applicable law, store rules, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Prices, taxes, currency, and invoices
Prices may vary by country, store, platform, currency, taxes, foreign exchange, offers, and provider fees. App stores and payment providers may collect and remit taxes or show localized prices. Your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees that we do not control.
If you need a billing record or invoice, contact support with your account identifier, transaction identifier, purchase date, and store or payment provider.
Cancellation
You can cancel future renewals through the store or payment provider used for purchase. For Apple purchases, manage subscriptions in your Apple account. For Google Play purchases, manage subscriptions in Google Play. For other payment providers, follow the cancellation method shown at checkout or contact support.
Cancellation normally stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges, and access may continue until the end of the current paid period unless the store or provider rules say otherwise.
Restore purchases and account mismatch
If paid access is missing, use the in-app restore option where available or contact support. Include your purchase email, transaction identifier, store, device platform, and account details. Entitlement restoration may fail if the purchase belongs to a different Apple ID, Google account, payment account, phone number, or MyPredict11 account.
