Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MyPredict11, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Subscription & Credits Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any feature-specific terms shown in the app or checkout flow.
If you do not agree, you must not use the service. If you use MyPredict11 on behalf of a business or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that entity.
What MyPredict11 provides
MyPredict11 is a cricket-focused sports intelligence and fantasy team assistant. It may provide match previews, player analysis, team-building support, captain and vice-captain signals, risk alerts, news, notifications, subscriptions, credits, and other informational tools.
If we introduce any new feature that is regulated in a jurisdiction, we will provide additional terms, eligibility rules, product notices, and compliance controls before making that feature available.
Eligibility and local law
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older if your country, state, or territory requires a higher age for this type of service.
- You are responsible for confirming that your use of MyPredict11 is lawful where you live or access the service.
- We may restrict, suspend, or modify access in any country, state, or region where legal, regulatory, store, payment, safety, or operational requirements make access unavailable or inappropriate.
- You must not use MyPredict11 if you are barred from receiving the service under applicable law, sanctions rules, app-store rules, or these terms.
- MyPredict11 is not directed to children. If we learn that a minor has provided personal information or created an account contrary to these terms, we may delete the account and related data where required.
Accounts, authentication, and security
You are responsible for keeping your login methods, OTPs, devices, and account access secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a billing issue.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or commercially exploit your account, subscription, credits, API access, or premium insights unless we expressly allow it in writing.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree to use MyPredict11 only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we have agreed otherwise. You must not:
- use the service for betting, gambling, unlawful gaming, fraud, market manipulation, or any prohibited activity;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, resell, or bulk export data, predictions, player information, screenshots, or app content without permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, bypass, or interfere with the app, APIs, security controls, rate limits, subscriptions, credits, or payment systems;
- create fake accounts, abuse trials, promotions, refunds, credits, referrals, or support channels;
- upload, transmit, or share content that is illegal, harmful to children, obscene, defamatory, hateful, misleading, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, or otherwise objectionable;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or provide false account, payment, location, or support information;
- introduce malware, scripts, bots, automated tools, or code designed to disrupt, overload, monitor, or extract from the service; or
- use our name, logo, content, predictions, or screenshots in a way that suggests endorsement by MyPredict11 or a third-party fantasy platform.
AI insights, cricket data, and user responsibility
MyPredict11 uses algorithms, AI systems, public cricket information, licensed or third-party data, editorial inputs, historical patterns, match context, and product logic to generate insights. These outputs are estimates and decision-support materials, not facts about future events.
- We do not guarantee match results, player performance, lineup accuracy, fantasy points, contest rankings, returns, profits, winnings, or success on any third-party platform.
- Cricket conditions, toss results, injuries, team sheets, weather, pitch behavior, player availability, and official scoring can change quickly.
- AI-generated and automated outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
- You remain solely responsible for reviewing information, using your own judgment, and deciding whether or how to act on any insight.
MyPredict11 does not provide betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or professional sports advice.
Subscriptions, credits, refunds, and taxes
Paid access may be offered through subscriptions, credit bundles, passes, trials, promotional offers, or other paid products. Product names, pricing, renewal behavior, feature access, taxes, and limits are shown in the app, app-store checkout, or payment provider flow before purchase.
Subscriptions and credits are governed by our Subscription & Credits Policy. Refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, failed payments, and store-managed purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and by the applicable Apple App Store, Google Play, or payment-provider rules.
Third-party services and fantasy platforms
MyPredict11 may link to or interact with third-party services such as app stores, payment providers, analytics providers, communication tools, cricket data providers, fantasy sports platforms, social platforms, and cloud infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
References to fantasy platforms, teams, leagues, tournaments, players, or brands are for identification and analysis only. MyPredict11 is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those third parties unless expressly stated.
Intellectual property and content rights
MyPredict11, including its brand, software, designs, databases, analytics, AI outputs, editorial content, images, icons, workflows, and user interface, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal use in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, distribute, sell, publicly display, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, support messages, team inputs, or other content, you give us permission to process, display, store, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
Availability, changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, plan, credit bundle, data feed, AI model, or content at any time. We try to communicate material changes where practical, but cricket schedules, providers, laws, and technology can require rapid changes.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you breached these terms, created risk for users or the service, violated law, abused payments or refunds, infringed rights, or used the service in a harmful way. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the account or support process.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and suitability for any fantasy, financial, betting, gaming, or professional outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPredict11 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for losses connected to third-party fantasy contests, betting, gambling, payment providers, app stores, device issues, network issues, cricket data errors, delayed updates, or decisions you make based on the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to MyPredict11 for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires a higher remedy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer, privacy, or platform law.
Governing law, disputes, and global users
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise. Courts or competent authorities in India will have jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, regulatory, security, pricing, or operational changes. Material updates may be communicated through the website, app, email, push notification, or another reasonable method. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
